LOST PASSWORD RECOVERY

The lost password recovery system essentially verifies that you are indeed the genuine owner of your account and then allows you to assign a new password to your account.

Type the information about your account that you remember. You should remember either your Primary Email address or your Login Id to be able to initiate password recovery. Your primary email is the main email address that you had provided at the time of sign up.

If you do not remember your primary email address and also do not remember your login id, please write to support@ctsindia.com with your complete contact details. We will go through a manual verification process to help recover your password.
