Order Management

  • Cancel orders where payment is not completed.
  • Handle refunds in case of orders cancelled by customer. This will be partially automated as refund payment process would vary from one payment gateway to another and in most cases will have to be handled directly from the account interface provided by the payment gateway service provider. Our system will allow you to make necessary entries so as to tag the order as cancelled and update the related customer order & transaction records.
  • Email alerts to customer on change of order status.

REPORTS

Various Reports will be generated at various places of the admin and consolidated reports will be generated at one common place to enable you to download reports as MS-XLS files. These reports shall include:

  • Sales report for a selected period
  • Country wise sales report for a selected period
  • Customer wise sales report for a selected period
  • Product wise sales report for a selected period
  • Further filtration to limit a report to say customer wise report for a selected period for a specific country, and so on.

A summary with number of customers, number of orders, 5 newest customers, and so on.


PAYMENT GATEWAY INTEGRATION

  • Various online and offline payment options are provided for. You will have the option to Enable/Disable payment options as per your requirement.
  • Integration with online payment gateway for receiving payments via Credit card, Debit card, Net-Banking and other suitable online modes. Purchasing of merchant account from a payment gateway service provider is excluded and shall be purchased by you directly. Computer Solutions will provide any required assistance to help you select an appropriate payment gateway service provider. Computer solutions will also carry out the necessary software integration so that your ecommerce website can talk to the payment gateway service provider's software to enable receipt of online payments. Paypal and CcAvenue payment gateways are by default integrated into our ecommerce system. If any other payment gateway is to be integrated, the same shall be done at a nominal extra cost.
  • Offline options like payment by wire transfer, by cheque, and cash in advance or cash on delivery will also be integrated.
  • There will also be an option to pay from customer's debit account balance. Customer will be able to charge his debit account with lump sum amounts and draw from this debit account as and when desired, whenever he makes a purchase.

MULTI-USER WEBSITE ADMINISTRATION

A user friendly and secure admin control panel is provided that will allow the website administrator to manage the entire ecommerce system from remote from a web browser. The administrator will be able to assign additional admin users and for each user assign specific permissions, viz. NO ACCESS, VIEW ONLY, VIEW+EDIT, VIEW+EDIT+DELETE for each sub system. This way you will be able to assign various data owners to manage different sections of the website simultaneously. The system will allow decentralized and distributed data entry.
