Inner Pages

Admin based creation and management of list of links for displaying static pages. This sub system will help you build static pages of information about your company, the management team, products & services, credentials, quality policy, vision & mission statement, terms and conditions, privacy policy, etc.

• Create list of links in a multi-level hierarchy
• WYSIWYG type editor interface to easily manage/update content of each static page attached to a link.
• Content can include text, tables, numbered and bulleted lists, images and links.
• Various types of content pages that can be built include - Normal content page, catalogue, bulletin board and photo gallery.
• Content write-ups can be written in multiple languages. On the same page, you can have write-ups in a mix of languages. Also, product details and specifications can be filled up in a language of your choice.
• Alternatively, you can also make your website multi-lingual by activating a default language and one or more other languages. The ecommerce system will allow you to provide content for all your pages in the other languages as well. The multi-lingual system is designed in such a way to enable you to add content translation in other active languages at your own pace. Wherever, a translation is not available, the text will be displayed in your default language.

Contact/ Sales Enquiry Form-to-Email

The contact page will show contact information, phone number, fax and email. This information will be editable from admin control panel. There will also be a contact/enquiry form. On submission, the form data will be emailed to a designated email address with copy to form submitter as acknowledgement.

Contact Support Form-to-Email

You can instantly build a contact support form-to-email page for receiving all customer support requests. On submission, the form data will be emailed to a designated email address with copy to form submitter as acknowledgement.

Contact Billing Form-to-Email

You can instantly build a contact billing form-to-email page for receiving all customer billing related queries. On submission, the form data will be emailed to a designated email address with copy to form submitter as acknowledgement.

Intelligent Site Search

This system will allow a customer to search for a filtered list of products based on multiple search criteria and keywords provided. The searched products so listed will have order button along side so that customer can select products and add to their shopping cart from the search results page itself.

Sitemap Generator

Product Display

• Create a hierarchical structure of unlimited product-categories and sub-categories
• Add unlimited number of products or services under each category

RSS Feeds Generator

RSS feeds are automatically generated for all product categories and will have links in appropriate pages. Any product added or modified will automatically update the corresponding feeds.

CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT

Customer Registration

• Activation of customer account by following up link in activation email sent to customer, so as to verify the authenticity of customer and filter out fraudsters.
• Friendly Shopping Cart for customer for shopping convenience. Facility to Modify/Drop Cart items.
• Order acknowledgement email sent to customer on placement of order.
• Payment confirmation email sent to customer on confirmed receipt of payment.

Customer Account Control Panel

• Edit Customer Registration details.
• Edit Contact Information. Four types of contact information maintained, viz. Main contact, Technical contact, Shipping contact & Billing contact.
• Change Password
• Recover lost password. Passwords are stored in the database in encrypted form for added security.
• View Transaction/Order history
• View all unpaid transactions and complete the payment
• Add adhoc fund to customer's debit account maintained by the ecommerce system. The customer will be able to draw from this debit account balance to make payment for future purchases. Refunds to customer can also be done by crediting to the customers debit account.

Order Management

• Suitable Admin interfaces to view and process every order received.
• View IP Address of source computer used by customer while placing an order. Can be used to analyze customer's location vis-a-vis the address provided.
• Cancel orders where payment is not completed.
• Handle refunds in case of orders cancelled by customer. This will be partially automated as refund payment process would vary from one payment gateway to another and in most cases will have to be handled directly from the account interface provided by the payment gateway service provider. Our system will allow you to make necessary entries so as to tag the order as cancelled and update the related customer order & transaction records.
• Email alerts to customer on change of order status.

REPORTS

Various Reports will be generated at various places of the admin and consolidated reports will be generated at one common place to enable you to download reports as MS-XLS files. These reports shall include:

• Sales report for a selected period
• Country wise sales report for a selected period
• Customer wise sales report for a selected period
• Product wise sales report for a selected period
• Further filtration to limit a report to say customer wise report for a selected period for a specific country, and so on.

Daily Shop statistics

A summary with number of customers, number of orders, 5 newest customers, and so on.

PAYMENT GATEWAY INTEGRATION

• Various online and offline payment options are provided for. You will have the option to Enable/Disable payment options as per your requirement.
• Integration with online payment gateway for receiving payments via Credit card, Debit card, Net-Banking and other suitable online modes. Purchasing of merchant account from a payment gateway service provider is excluded and shall be purchased by you directly. Computer Solutions will provide any required assistance to help you select an appropriate payment gateway service provider. Computer solutions will also carry out the necessary software integration so that your ecommerce website can talk to the payment gateway service provider's software to enable receipt of online payments. Paypal and CcAvenue payment gateways are by default integrated into our ecommerce system. If any other payment gateway is to be integrated, the same shall be done at a nominal extra cost.
• Offline options like payment by wire transfer, by cheque, and cash in advance or cash on delivery will also be integrated.
• There will also be an option to pay from customer's debit account balance. Customer will be able to charge his debit account with lump sum amounts and draw from this debit account as and when desired, whenever he makes a purchase.

MULTI-USER WEBSITE ADMINISTRATION

A user friendly and secure admin control panel is provided that will allow the website administrator to manage the entire ecommerce system from remote from a web browser. The administrator will be able to assign additional admin users and for each user assign specific permissions, viz. NO ACCESS, VIEW ONLY, VIEW+EDIT, VIEW+EDIT+DELETE for each sub system. This way you will be able to assign various data owners to manage different sections of the website simultaneously. The system will allow decentralized and distributed data entry.

All systems and sub systems as detailed above and elsewhere on this page will be manageable from the admin control panel.

A Configuration module in admin will allow you to set certain aspects of your ecommerce store, viz. Store name, Store logo, Email addresses, Location, Base Currency, Configuration for payment gateway, etc.

The interface designs are such so as to make it very easy to use by any one with little bit of computer and internet knowledge. The Admin interfaces are very easy to understand, with quickly accessible online help available wherever needed. The system administrator does not require any specialized software knowledge. Hence training needs are negligible. Computer solutions shall provide all necessary help and support to the users all the time, so that they are able to understand how to use various sections of the system and do not face any difficulty.
