- Offline options like payment by wire transfer, by cheque, and cash in advance or cash on delivery will also be integrated.
- There will also be an option to pay from customer's debit account balance. Customer will be able to charge his debit account with lump sum amounts and draw from this debit account as and when desired, whenever he makes a purchase.
- Currency converter with payment gateway service provider to convert total order amount from base currency to customer's currency at the time of making payment. This facility is usually available at the payment gateway interface and provided by most payment gateway service providers.
MULTI-USER WEBSITE ADMINISTRATION
A user friendly and secure admin control panel is provided that will allow the website administrator to manage the entire ecommerce system from remote from a web browser. The administrator will be able to assign additional admin users and for each user assign specific permissions, viz. NO ACCESS, VIEW ONLY, VIEW+EDIT, VIEW+EDIT+DELETE for each sub system. TECHNOLOGY
Server
You need not worry about server end requirements as these are taken care by Computer solutions. The ecommerce website system will reside on an internet server space provided by Computer solutions and does not require any dedicated server or network setup of your own. Our server is equipped with operating system, web server, ftp server, database server, PHP Server, Anti-virus and Firewall protection software and all other necessary backend software that are required to run the website system in a robust and secure environment. The core programs of the website system are tightly integrated with inbuilt security system on the server so as to provide a secure website system.
You will not have access to the website codes which is our proprietary and copyright material. You will not require this access anyway as all pages will be editable by you through backend WYSIWYG type user-friendly editor interface. Shifting of website to another server will not be possible.
Development Platform
All programs for the system are developed in PHP 5.2+ using object oriented PHP, and implement the highest level of security. The backend database is MySQL with Innodb and Unicode character set. Front end applications are written in HTML, Javascript, AJAX and CSS.
Online help is provided wherever required, especially for interactive applications and data entry screens, so as to guide users and website administrators.
Security
The website system is designed to integrate well with our backend software and server and all core sub-systems are time tested to run bug free. All necessary commercial class security implementation are in place to protect the system from hackers and people with mal-intention. Vulnerable programming function calls made from PHP programs are disabled at the server level for highest security and our website programs are built around such restrictions. Every form submission is checked for hacks like code injection and sql injection and tightly validated to seal security leaks.
Necessary security mechanisms like SSL for login access, PHP Sessions, server end database storage of critical information and only session ID transmission, IP address verification, etc. are incorporated. Also, all passwords stored in database table are encrypted. Session ID is generated using our own 32 bit random and unique id generator. All form data submitted are checked for SQL injection and other attacks so as to protect from vulnerabilities.
Users & Administrators
Any one accessing the ecommerce system either as an end user (website visitor) or as an administrator need only a standard computer having any standard web browser and connected to the internet. It would be nice if the system administrators are connected through a reasonably high speed connection.
Visitors can view and access the entire website using standard web browser, viz. IE, Firefox and Netscape.

Web Hosting Server
Your ecommerce website will be hosted on our special server especially setup to host only websites developed by us. The server is well equipped with necessary software and hardware to provide a robust and secure platform for hosting your ecommerce website and email accounts. Software running on our server are tightly integrated with the ecommerce application to provide a secure and efficient environment.
For the website alone, you will be provided 1 GB disk space each on 2 hard disks connected in RAID arrangement for simultaneous backup. So, essentially you get 2 x 1 GB space, and instant backup every time a data changes. Further, we will take weekly backup of your entire website system, including database in our offline storage in 2 separate hard disks.
The bandwidth allocated shall be 5 GB/month allocated solely to the website. The bandwidth consumed by your email accounts are not included in this. Your email accounts space and bandwidth are completely separate from the website and each email account is provided with 1 GB disk space.
SSL Enabled

You can buy the payment gateway directly from your choice payment gateway service provider and give us the access id and password during the development stage to carry out integration and testing, after which you can change the password. We will assist you in enabling you to select the appropriate payment gateway service provider who provide for API integration so that our programs can talk to the gateway programs.
