How to place order at www.ctsindia.com?

In order to place your order, please follow the following guidelines:

1. STEP1: Login/Signup

   • New Customers:

     If you have not signed up earlier at www.ctsindia.com, please Sign up by filling and submitting the Customer Sign up form. On submitting the sign up form, an activation email will be sent to your primary email address to verify that your email address is genuine. Follow the link/instructions in the activation email to activate your account.

     If you had signed up earlier and did not make a purchase then, your information would still be available with us and you need not sign up again. You may simply Login. Please note that your login id is your primary email address that you had provided at the time of sign up.

     In case you have forgotten your password, you may seek to Recover your Password by clicking at the Forgot your Password link below the login form.

     
     

   • Existing Customers:

     Existing customers need not sign up again every time you need to place a new order. Simply Login to your customer account at www.ctsindia.com.

     It is strongly recommended that you place all repeat orders from the same customer account that you created by signing up first time at www.ctsindia.com. This way, from one customer control panel you will be able to view and manage all your transactions with us. Creating multiple sign ups will only cause confusion.

   
   
2. STEP2: Place your Order(s)

   In order to place an order, visit the section corresponding to the service that you wish to purchase, review the various options available. Once you finalize on a particular item, click at the Order Now link corresponding to the choice item to add the item to your shopping cart.

   For ordering a domain, visit the section Domain Registration » Domain Services » Domain Registration. The link URL for this section is http://www.ctsindia.com/web/domain/register-domain.php. Type in your choice domain name in the text box provided, click at Check Availability & Order button and follow the steps to add your choice domain name to your shopping cart.

   Once you have added an item to your shopping cart, you can revisit the various sections of our website and add more items to your shopping cart in the same manner as explained above. After you have added all your required items to your shopping cart, you can proceed to Checkout and Payment by clicking at the Confirm Order button on your shopping cart page. Select your choice payment option and click at Continue button to proceed to making payment.

   For online payment option (Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / Paypal) selected, you will be taken to respective payment gateway to carry out the process of authorizing your payment. For offline payment option selected, you will be provided with a relevant form to provide the payment details. Please complete all the steps provided so that your payment process is complete.

   Please note that orders are executed only after receipt of payment.

How to place renewal order?

In order to place renewal order(s), Login at www.ctsindia.com to enter your customer control panel. In the control panel, click at the Renewals link on the left column. All your orders that are due for renewal will be listed in the Renewals section. Click at the Renew Now link against the order that you wish to renew and add it to your shopping cart. You can add multiple renewal items to your shopping cart. After you have added all renewal orders to your shopping cart, you can proceed to Checkout and Payment by clicking at the Confirm Order button on your shopping cart page. Select your choice payment option and click at Continue button to proceed to making payment.

For online payment option (Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / Paypal) selected, you will be taken to respective payment gateway to carry out the process of authorizing your payment. For offline payment option selected, you will be provided with a relevant form to provide the payment details. Please complete all the steps provided so that your payment process is complete.

How soon will my order be executed?

The time taken to execute your order depends upon your mode of payment and the day and time at which order is placed. All orders are executed only after confirmation of receipt of payment. Credit Card or other online instant payment methods used, are manually verified by us before executing the order. This verification process may some times take more time especially when order is placed after midnight (India time) or on Sunday.

Though for most of our services, we have mentioned a delivery of 2 business days, under normal circumstances orders are executed within few hours of payment confirmation. It is always our endeavor to keep the order execution time to the minimum. However, in view of online payment frauds, it has been mandated by authorities to exercise proper checks before accepting and confirming any transaction. Your patience in this regard is highly appreciated.

After your order is executed and your account is set up, confirmation of execution of your order and your account details will be sent to you by email.
