Payment Option

Computer Solutions provides a variety of payment options for customers ordering products/services online.

We are concerned about the security of customer data when they transact online with us. Hence, we have integrated payment gateways only from reputed merchants who adopt stringent security measures. We ensure that critically sensitive information, such as your credit card details, are protected by handling them on secured servers and using industry standard SSL encryption techniques.

PAYMENT OPTIONS AVAILABLE

ACCOUNT BALANCE

We provide a facility where you can add and maintain a balance of funds in your account with us. As and when you make a purchase, you can choose this payment option to make instant payment from the balance in your Account.

VISA, AMEX, DINERS CLUB, CITIBANK E-CARD, JCB CARD, DEBIT CARD, INDIAN NET-BANKING

CREDIT CARD: VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS CLUB, CITIBANK E-CARDS, JCB CARDS, DEBIT CARDS. We accept nearly all credit cards. Master Card is currently not accepted in this payment method. Master Card holders may use the second online payment option.
Indian Customers are billed in Indian Rupees. Customers from outside India pay in their local currency, as billed by their Credit Card issuing Institution. For customers outside India, the amount charged will be = Order Value in Indian Rupees converted into your local currency at the prevailing currency conversion rate.

ATM CUM DEBIT CARD: Indian Customers also have the option to pay using their Debit Card. Most Indian Bank debit cards are accepted.

NET BANKING: We accept online payments from Net Banking account holders of most Indian banks.

MOBILE PAYMENT: Via Paymat & SBI Freedom.

CASH CARD PAYMENT: Using Itz Cash Card for Indian customers.

This payment option is limited to transaction value ≤ INR 50,000

LOCAL CHEQUE DEPOSIT AT A BRANCH OF ICICI BANK IN YOUR CITY

If your city has a branch of ICICI Bank, you can pay us by local cheque. Prepare a cheque drawn in favour of COMPUTER SOLUTIONS and deposit the same in your city's ICICI Bank branch to our ICICI Bank Current Account No. 008905002484 (held at Jamshedpur).

After depositing the cheque, send an email to sales@ctsindia.com quoting your Name, Address, Cheque number, Cheque amount, ICICI bank branch name and City where deposited.

Cash deposit is not accepted. If you need to make an urgent payment in cash, please add Rs.250 as bank charges.

WIRE TRANSFER

You can send your payment by RTGS/NEFT transfer to our ICICI Bank account held at Jamshedpur.

AT-PAR CHEQUE / DEMAND DRAFT

You can prepare a Demand Draft / Pay Order drawn in favour of COMPUTER SOLUTIONS and payable at par at JAMSHEDPUR and courier it to the following address:
