Our Ecommerce website system comes with an independent backend admin control panel. It provides you with all the relevant interfaces to setup and manage your online business efficiently. The control panel is nicely organized into various sections such as Setup, Website manager, Accounts manager, Items manager, Sales manager, CRM, HR, Warehouse, Reports, Task manager, etc.

The admin control panel can be accessed with the url - http://www.yourdomainname.extn/admin/.

Login to your website management control panel using the login credentials provided by us in the Ecommerce Website Welcome Email sent to you. After you are logged in, at the bottom of the admin home page, you will find a link titled Getting Started. Go through this link to read the most essential help first.

Further, all website management and function management screens contain a toolbar at the top with a Help Icon. You can click on the icon to get context-relevant help.

You must spend sufficient time to diligently go through all sections of the control panel, open each window to see what it looks like and read its help to understand what facilities each screen provides. You may begin with the Setup section. While we setup your entire website and also add a few products, you must still go through each setup screen to understand what all you can configure. It is especially important to review the Setup -> Preferences section and define the format for all document numbers.

Also go through the setup section under each business function. You may particularly need to review the setup under Accounts function and setup your Chart of Accounts, Payment Methods, Receipt Methods, etc.
