Email Message Restrictions

Our email policy restricts you from sending:

• Greater then 128 mails/hour or
• Greater than 512 recipients/hour,

whichever is reached first. Once you reach the threshold and still try to send out mails, you would get an error.

If you need to send more, you will need to stagger them and send them in smaller lots. Keep in mind that we do not permit sending out unsolicited emails which are treated as spam. Spamming is strictly prohibited on our email servers and may lead to account blockade.

Also, please note that the current email service is not a business solution and is not recommended for a fairly large company. Larger companies have a very high email flow and would require a dedicated mail server.
